Maine Municipal Bond Bank
Created in 1987 by the Clean Water Act, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) provided all 50 states seed money to capitalize state loan funds. The states then in turn help sewer systems by financing high priority water-quality activities.

Clean Water SRF Program Bond Issues
SRF loans are generally funded through a mix of federal and state grants. Bond Issues are only conducted when there is a need. If there is a bond deal in process or upcoming, the link to the schedule will appear below.
There are no bond issues currently pending for the SRF program.
General Bond Resolution Program Bond Issues
Traditionally twice a year, in the spring and the fall, the Bond Bank will consolidate eligible applicants and engage in a bond sale to various individual and corporate investors on behalf of the applicants.
