GARVEE BOND PROGRAM
Working in cooperation with the Maine Department of Transportation (MDOT), the Bank issues revenue bonds where the principal and interest of which is repaid with revenues paid to the State by the Federal Highway Administration. Bond proceeds from the sale of GARVEE bonds are used at the direction of MDOT to pay for eligible projects around the State. TRANSCAP BOND PROGRAM
Working in cooperation with the Maine Department of Transportation (MDOT), the Bank issues revenue bonds where the principal and interest of which is repaid with State revenues dedicated to the program in State statute. MAINE POWEROPTIONS PROGRAM
Maine PowerOptions is an energy-purchasing consortium that serves as an aggregator for Maine's local governmental and   non-profit organizations. Our group-purchasing programs are designed to increase the buying power of eligible participant organizations for the purchase of electricity and fuel oil. The result is lower energy costs for Maine's non-profit health care organizations, higher education institutions, water, sewer, and school districts and all other non-profict organizations.
